Telerate Page definition

Telerate Page means the display on Bridge Telerate, Inc., or any successor service, on the page or pages specified on the face hereof, or any replacement page or pages on that service.
Telerate Page means the page designated on the Telerate Service (or such other service as may be nominated by the British Bankers' Association as the information vendor) for the purpose of displaying British Bankers' Association Interest Settlement Rates for the applicable currency.
Telerate Page means the display designated as Page 3750 on the Dow Xxxxx Markets System (or such other page as may replace such page on such service for the purpose of displaying the rates at which dollar deposits are offered by leading banks in the London interbank deposit market).

The term "Fixed Rate" when used with respect to a Fixed Rate Borrowing made by a Lender through a lending office located in the United States of America shall be equal to the rate calculated in the first sentence of this definition for such Fixed Rate Borrowing for such Interest Period multiplied by the Statutory Reserve Rate. "Fixed Rate," when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, are bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to a Fixed Rate.
Telerate Page means, when used in connection with any designated page number, the display page so designated on the Dow Xxxxx Telerate Service (or such other page as may replace that page on that service, or such other service as may be nominated as the information vendor, for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to the Eurodollar Rate).
Telerate Page means the display page designated as “Page 3750” on Moneyline Telerate, Inc., or any successor service or services as may be nominated by the British Bankers’ Association, for the purpose of displaying the London interbank rates of major banks for United States dollars.
