Telephone Fraud definition

Telephone Fraud means the unauthorised access and use of the Insured’s telephone system located on the Premises whether access is initiated on or off the Premises.

Telephone Fraud means the act of a third party gaining access to and using the Insured Organization’s telephone system in an unauthorized manner. Third Party Information means any trade secret, data, design, interpretation, forecast, formula, method, practice, credit or debit card magnetic strip information, process, record, report or other item of information of a third party not insured under this Policy which is not available to the general public.
