Telecommunications Asset definition

Telecommunications Asset means any asset of a Telecommunications Business, including, without limitation, Equity Interests or joint venture, partnership or membership interests of an entity engaged in the Telecommunications Business.
Telecommunications Asset means any asset of a Telecommunications Business, including without limitation, a partnership, membership, stock or other equity interest in a Telecommunications Business.
Telecommunications Asset means any Property, including licenses and applications, bids and agreements to acquire licenses, or other authority to provide telecommunications services, previously granted, or to be granted, by the Federal Communications Commission, used or intended for use primarily in connection with a Telecommunications Business.

  • The Leasing Company will not sell, transfer, assign, pledge, collaterally assign, exchange or otherwise dispose of, or grant any option or warrant with respect to, any of the Collateral or any Telecommunications Assets subject to a Telecommunications Asset Lease except as permitted by the Senior Note Indenture and the Convertible Note Indenture.

  • The Leasing Companies will not directly or indirectly transfer, convey, sell, lease or make any other disposition (including, without limitation, dispositions pursuant to any consolidation or merger) of a Telecommunications Asset Lease or any Qualified Investments.
