Telecommunication Carrier means a provider of trans receiver functionalities via mobile communication system to users of mobile devices that are sold, rented, leased or otherwise provided to them with such providers’ trademarks.

The County Treasurer is hereby deemed to be the custodian of the Emergency Telephone System Fund. All interest accruing on the Emergency Telephone System Fund shall remain in the fund.
