  • The Evaluation Laboratory shall comply with GP’s security evaluation laboratory requirements, as set forth herein and in the TEE Certification Process Document as may be amended from time to time.

  • In connection with the Evaluation Process, Vendor agrees to pay GP those fees and costs (including but not limited to periodic re-certification fees) that are set by GP and either (a) described from time to time in the TEE Certification Process Document or on the GP Website or (b) otherwise communicated to the Vendor in writing (including email) prior to the execution of this Agreement.

  • GP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Evaluation Process, Security Requirements and TEE Certification Process Document, and fees at any time; provided, however, that (a) GP must give notice of such modification to Vendor, and (b) GP will endeavor to consider the impact of such modifications on existing Certificates and Restricted Certificates generally.

  • During the Term of a given Certificate or Restricted Certificate, Vendor shall ensure that (i) its Products are produced (A) so that they are materially identical with the Product samples that were subjected to the Evaluation Process that resulted in the Certificate or Restricted Certificate and (B) in conformance with the Security Requirements and TEE Certification Process Document, and (ii) such Products remain in conformity with the foregoing after installation and maintenance.

  • Vendor agrees that in connection with the Evaluation Process it shall only use Laboratories that have been approved in advance in writing by GP and are sufficiently independent of Vendor, as set forth in and required by the TEE Certification Process Document.

  • After Vendor has completed all of the requirements, and the GP Security Evaluation Secretariat has received all of the information, specified in the Security Requirements and TEE Certification Process Document or otherwise requested or required by GP, Vendor may submit a request for evaluation of Vendor's Product under the Evaluation Process using the Product Evaluation Request Form.

  • Vendor shall not (and shall ensure that its Affiliates shall not) represent, state, or imply that a Product (i) has been evaluated, approved or certified by GP, or (ii) demonstrates sufficient assurance under, or otherwise complies with, the Security Requirements and TEE Certification Process Document, except to the extent and so long as Vendor has been issued a Certificate or Restricted Certificate by GP relating to the Product and such Certificate or Restricted Certificate has not been terminated.

  • As further described in the TEE Certification Process Document, an Evaluation Laboratory must (among other things): (a) be a Full or Participating GP Member in good standing; (b) be a participant in the TEE Security Laboratory and TEE Attack Expert Working Groups within the GP TEE Committee; (c) have a valid ISO 17025 certificate and accreditation of a recognized certification scheme; (d) have appropriate TEE expertise and training; and (e) maintain Insurance as defined in this Agreement.

  • Income Certification means a Tenant Income Certification and a Tenant Income Certification Questionnaire in the form attached as Exhibit B hereto or in such other comparable form as may be provided by the Issuer to the Owner, or as otherwise approved by the Issuer.

  • Compliance certification means a submission to the department or the U.S. EPA, as appropriate, that is required under section 8 of this rule to report a NOx budget source’s or a NOx budget unit’s compliance or noncompliance with this rule and that is signed by the NOx authorized account representative in accordance with section 6 of this rule.

  • Acceptance Test Document means a document, which defines procedures for testing the functioning of installed system. The document will be finalized with the contractor within 7 days of issuance of the Letter of Award.

  • Interim Certification As defined in Section 2.02.

  • CEC Certification and Verification means that the CEC has certified (or, with respect to periods before the Project has commenced commercial operation (as such term is defined by and according to the CEC), that the CEC has pre-certified) that the Project is an ERR for purposes of the California Renewables Portfolio Standard and that all Energy produced by the Project qualifies as generation from an ERR for purposes of the Project.

  • Final Certification As defined in Section 2.02(a) hereof.

  • Tax Certification Forms means any forms or other documentation as may be issued or required by a Tax Authority or by the Bank from time to time to confirm the tax status of the Customer or of a Connected Person.

  • Tax Compliance Certificate as defined in Section 5.9.2(b)(iii).

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Perfection Certificate Supplement means a certificate supplement in the form of Exhibit G-2 hereto or any other form approved by the Collateral Agent.

  • Loan Checklist means a list delivered to the Custodian in connection with delivery of a Loan to the Custodian that identifies the items contained in the related Loan File.

  • Collection Report means the monthly report prepared by the Primary Servicer setting forth, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and the most recently ended Collection Period prior to the due date of such report, the information described on Exhibit G attached hereto.

  • Distribution Report The meaning specified in Section 10.7(b).

  • Merchandise certificate means a writing not redeemable in cash and usable in its face amount in lieu of cash in exchange for goods or services.
