Technical Schedule definition

Technical Schedule means that certain amended and restated schedule of confidential technical information dated the date of this Agreement and delivered by the Generator to the Counterparty concurrently with this Agreement.
Technical Schedule means the specifications of the System and Works as set out in Schedule 2; and
Technical Schedule means a reference document aiding and guiding Consumers, Subscribers or any other interested persons in respect of a technical aspect identified in the Consumer Protection Act No 68 of 2008 (the “Act”), its Schedules, Guidelines and any amendments thereto. A technical Schedule shallnot be used to interpret the provisions of the Act, and where there is a conflict between the Act and the Technical Schedule, the Act shall prevail.
