Technical Requirements definition

Technical Requirements means the Technical Requirements in Section VII of the tendering documents.
Technical Requirements means the Technical Requirements Section of the Bidding Documents.
Technical Requirements means the specifications contained in the Bid (including the RFP), the current USATF Competition Rules book, and the current IAAF Competition Rules book, regarding the equipment and facilities necessary for the Championships.

More Definitions of Technical Requirements

Technical Requirements means and includes the description of the scope, standards, design criteria and performance criteria, specifications, drawings and similar information related to the design, construction and implementation of the Project as set forth in the Schedules to this Concession Agreement and any alterations and modifications thereto.
Technical Requirements means all requirements set out in Schedule 18, including but not limited to the Project Requirements, the O&M Requirements and the Handback Requirements, and including any amendments made pursuant to Section
Technical Requirements. ’ means the Technical Requirements referred to in section 85(1), and technical standards have a corresponding meaning.
Technical Requirements means (i) the specifications set forth in appropriate industry standard telecommunications technical requirements where applicable, or as such specifications may be most currently modified or amended pursuant to mutual agreement of the parties, (ii) in the case of the OC-192 Product, the specifications set forth in Attachment 1.1, or the current version of such specifications that are consistent with the Technical Requirements, or in the case of other Products, the applicable specifications provided by Corvis for such Product, and (iii) any other specifications that are mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties.
Technical Requirements means the technical conditions, as set out in Section 6, that are to be satisfied by a bidder;
Technical Requirements means the technical requirements set out in Exhibit 2 (Technical Requirements), Part A (NEVI Federal Standards and Requirements) and Exhibit 2 (Technical Requirements), Part B (ADOT Standards and Requirements).
