Technical Quality Agreement definition

Technical Quality Agreement means the technical quality agreement which sets forth the Parties’ respective obligations in relation to the Diagnostic Services to ensure quality standards appropriate to their intended use and meeting all relevant international guidelines and standards. “Territory” mean worldwide.

Technical Quality Agreement means the Technical Quality Agreement dated as of the Effective Date between AMYLIN and UCB containing, identifying and outlining the specifications, and certain of the technical and regulatory terms and conditions, for the manufacture of Product under this Agreement.
