Technical Learning definition

Technical Learning means Continuing Education Activities related to advancing an individual Registrant’s technical and professional knowledge and skills within an individual Registrant’s area(s) of practice, including any anticipated future area(s) of practice.

For the purposes of determining responsibilities and rights at a given time, the ERCOT Protocols, as amended in accordance with the change procedure(s) described in the ERCOT Protocols, in effect at the time of the performance or non-performance of an action, shall govern with respect to that action.

  • Uniform Network Code means the uniform network code as defined in Standard Special Condition A11(6) of National Grid’s transporters licence, as such code may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Learning Programme means a programme of education and/or training delivered by the Provider under this Agreement;
