Technical Issues means technical issues arising pursuant to Part C (Capacity); Part D (Nominations, Allocations and NDM Supply Point Reconciliation), Section 2 (Allocations); Part E (Balancing and Shrinkage); Part F (Administration), Sections 2 (Classification), 5 (Meter Data Services) and 6 (Siteworks); Part G (Technical), Sections 1 (Specifications: Quality and Pressure), 3 (Measurement) and 4 (Measurement Equipment Verification) or Part H (Operations), Section 2 (Physical Congestion) Part H (Operations) Section 2A (Congestion Management Procedures) of this Code; and
