Technical Guidance definition

Technical Guidance means any guidance published by the Authority or any other Government department. Technical Guidance of relevance to the Works and Contractor’s Design shall be listed in, or appended to, the Contractor’s Brief or otherwise notified to the Contractor. Any reference to ‘relevant Technical Guidance’ shall be construed accordingly;
