Technical Documentation definition

Technical Documentation means designs, reports, photographs, drawings, plans, specifications, computer software, surveys, calculations and other data, information and material collected, computed, drawn or produced, including computer print-outs.
Technical Documentation means all technical and descriptive materials (other than Inventory) relating to the acquisition, design, development, use, or maintenance of computer code and Computer Equipment.
Technical Documentation means all documents prepared by Manufacturer in the ordinary course of business that define the Product in terms of its intended use and Product claims. Such documents may take the form of User Instruction, System Manuals, Product Updates, Technical Bulletins but are not limited to such.

  • Other than any updates that X-Rite may publish at URL location(s) for the Licensed SDK published by X-Rite, no other X-Rite enhancements or updates to Licensed SDK, and/or Technical Documentation are licensed under this Agreement.

  • You agree to comply with all applicable international and national laws that apply to the Technical Documentation, Licensed SDK and implementations thereof, including but not limited to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.

  • X-RITE further warrants and represents that the Licensed SDK and the Technical Documentation relating thereto do not infringe any third party rights.

  • You acknowledge that the Technical Documentation Licensed SDK and implementations thereof may be subject to U.S. export jurisdiction and other applicable national or international laws.


More Definitions of Technical Documentation

Technical Documentation means documentation sufficient to enable market surveillance authorities to assess the accuracy of the tyre label and the product information sheet, including the information set out in point (2) of Annex VII;

Technical Documentation means all documented technical information owned by Sellers that is currently in the files of the Business or primarily used in the Business.
