Technical Credits definition

Technical Credits means any credits granted in good faith by Licensee to a Customer (any single credit to a Customer shall be in an amount not to exceed the Actual Retail Price charged to such Customer for the corresponding Included Program) in connection with a Customer Transaction for which the applicable Included Program was not Successfully Delivered to such Customer as a result of a substantiated technical problem.

Related to Technical Credits

  • Universal Credit means any payment of Universal Credit payable under the Welfare Reform Act 2012, the Universal Credit Regulations 2013, The Universal Credit (Consequential, Supplementary, Incidental and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2013, Universal Credit (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2013 and the Universal Credit (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2014;
