Tech Group definition

Tech Group means Tech and each of its direct or indirect Subsidiaries that is not a member of the Fuels Group, and each Person that is or becomes a member of the Tech Group after the Distribution, including any Person that is or was merged into Tech or any direct or indirect Subsidiary that is not a member of the Fuels Group. “Tech Percentage” 100% minus the Fuels Percentage.

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.
