Tech Center means M4's Technical Center located at 1000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx 00000.
Tech Center means Jamex Xxxer's business and technical center located at Milford, Ohio.
Tech Center means the Company’s tech center located at 7450 Flying Cloud Drive, Suite 200, Eden Prairie, MN 55344-3725 . “Termination Notice” has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1(d).
