Team Marks definition

Team Marks means those trademarks and services marks set forth in Schedule 2. Confidential Treatment Requested. Confidential portions of this document have been redacted and have been separately filed with the Commission. *** Confidential material redacted and filed separately with the Commission.
Team Marks means the Team’s Marks, and must be interpreted to include all Marks associated with Team. The term “Facility Marks” means the Facility’s Marks, and must be interpreted to include all Marks associated with the Facility. Examples of Team Marks include: the Designations; the Team’s name, uniforms, logos, emblems, and colors; and local marks associated with Team (such as fan-club marks). Examples of Facility Marks include: the Facility name and logo.
Team Marks will mean the trademarks, service marks, tradenames, copyrights, logos, slogans and other identifying symbols and indicia of the Team. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Team Marks will remain the property of the Team. All use of Team Marks by Sponsor must be pre-approved by Team.

More Definitions of Team Marks

Team Marks means the characters, colors, emblems, designs, identifications, logos, mascots, name, service marks, symbols, trademarks, all trade names, uniforms and other proprietary designations which are owned, licensed to or controlled by the Customer and which relate to the Customer and which are in existence at the beginning of the Term or which will be created during the Term, but excluding any of such marks or other rights to the extent that such rights are controlled by the Customer.
Team Marks means the team name, logos, characters, trademarks, trade names and other identifying words or symbols related to the Franchise which Franchisee owns or uses or in which Franchisee otherwise holds a proprietary interest, as they may be revised, replaced or supplemented by Franchisee from time to time as provided in Section 2.2(b).
Team Marks means those trademarks and service marks set forth in Schedule 6 (as may be amended from time to time).

Related to Team Marks

  • Licensed Marks means the Localized Game Marks and such other trademarks expressly authorized in writing by Shengqu to be used by the Licensees.

  • Product Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 9.5.

  • Proprietary Marks shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 24.01.

  • Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.

  • Product Trademarks means the Trademark(s) to be used by AbbVie or its Affiliates or its or their respective Sublicensees for the Development or Commercialization of Licensed Products in the Territory and any registrations thereof or any pending applications relating thereto in the Territory (excluding, in any event, any trademarks, service marks, names or logos that include any corporate name or logo of the Parties or their Affiliates).

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Trade Marks mean registered Trade Marks and Trade Xxxx applications and include any sign or logo, or combination of signs and/or logos capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one undertaking from those of another undertaking;

  • Licensed Trademark means those Trademarks set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and such other Trademarks as may be designated by NovaDel in writing from time to time, and any registrations of the foregoing and pending applications relating thereto.

  • Brand Features means the trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features of each party, respectively, as secured by such party from time to time.

  • Seller Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.

  • Transferred Trademarks means all registered and common law Trademarks of Seller in any jurisdiction in the world, including the Product names and the Trademarks listed on Schedule 1.1(eeee).

  • Company Marks means the trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and/or service names of the Company.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Proprietary mark or “brand” means the mark or brand of a product which is owned by an industrial firm;

  • Company Technology means all Technology owned or purported to be owned by the Company.

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

  • Marks means any and all trademarks, service marks, trade names, taglines, company names, and logos, including unregistered and common-law rights in the foregoing, and rights under registrations of and applications to register the foregoing.

  • Product Trademark means (a) any trademark or trade name, whether or not registered, or any trademark application, renewal, extension or modification thereto, in the Territory, or any trade dress and packaging, that is applied to or used with Products by Xxxxxx and (b) all goodwill associated therewith, and any promotional materials relating thereto.

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents, the Licensor Know-How, Licensor Materials, Product IP, and Licensor’s rights in the Program IP and Joint Patents.

  • Trademarks means any trademark and servicemark rights, whether registered or not, applications to register and registrations of the same and like protections, and the entire goodwill of the business of Borrower connected with and symbolized by such trademarks.

  • Service mark means a word, name, symbol, or device or any combination of a word, name, symbol, or device, used by a person to identify services and to distinguish the services of that person, including a unique service, from the services of others, and to indicate the source of the services, even if that source is unknown. Titles, character names used by a person, and other distinctive features of radio or television programs may be registered as service marks notwithstanding that they, or the programs, may advertise the goods of a sponsor.

  • Retained Names and Marks shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3.

  • Domain Names means all Internet domain names and associated URL addresses in or to which any Grantor now or hereafter has any right, title or interest.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Product Technology means the Product Know-How and Product Patents.
