Team Games definition

Team Games means, during each NFL Season, the Team’s NFL pre-season, regular-season, playoff and championship football games where the Team is scheduled or otherwise designated by the NFL as the home team, and including exhibitions, performances, and other entertainment activities arranged by the Team or the NFL in connection with such home games as long as such activities are non-competitive events.

Team Games means any pre-season or regular season NFL games or post-season NFL playoff games (excluding any Super Bowl games) played by the Team in the Stadium, in which the Team is designated as the home team by the NFL. The term “Team Game(s)” does not include any games played by the Team that are designated by the NFL as a Team home game but that are scheduled to be played at a location other than the Stadium, including, by way of example, games scheduled to be played in a foreign country.

Examples of Team Games in a sentence

  • It is expressly agreed that StadCo shall be permitted to use the Premises for carrying out Team Games and any and all other events or activities of any kind to the extent such are not prohibited by Applicable Law (a “Stadium Event”).

  • Any court order directing the distribution of Tickets or Account rights and privileges to a person or entity not listed as the Account Holder, whether in bankruptcy or otherwise, will result in KSE’s exercise of its right to immediately terminate this Agreement and the Account (with KSE promptly refunding to the Account Holder any amounts paid for Tickets to attend Team Games not played as of the effective date of termination).

  • If applicable, within a reasonable time after termination, KSE will return a pro rata portion of the amounts paid hereunder for Tickets to Team Games occurring after the effective date of termination.

  • The Leagues (defined below), the Teams and their respective broadcast partners are the sole holders of all rights in and to all television, radio, internet or any other broadcast of the applicable Team Games.

  • After submitting an order or establishing a ticket account, Account Holder will receive an invoice or written confirmation from KSE (or the applicable Team) confirming the number of Tickets that Account Holder will receive, the location of the Holder’s seat(s), the Team Games for which Account Holder will receive Tickets, other benefits purchased by the Account Holder, and a statement of amounts due to KSE by Account Holder (“Statement”).

  • Account Xxxxxx acknowledges and agrees that only the pre-season and regular season Team Games of the Team specified on the Statement are included in the Ticket Package.

  • As more fully described in Section III(3)(C), above, Account Xxxxxx agrees and acknowledges that the Account includes Tickets only for Team Games presented by the applicable Team and played at the applicable Venue during the applicable League’s preseason and regular season.

  • If the Stadium is not repaired or rebuilt, and the Stadium is no longer used for Team Games, this License Agreement shall terminate as of the date of such damage or destruction, no portion of the License Fee will be returned to Licensee, and the Authority and the PSL Agent shall have no further liability under this License Agreement.

  • The PSL(s) do not include the right to purchase tickets or season tickets to any NFL games other than Team Games, or to the games of any other established amateur, collegiate, or professional sports (including NFL) team which may in the future use the Stadium as its home stadium (an “Additional Team”).

  • In addition, the Licensee agrees to observe all rules, regulations, and policies promulgated from time to time and pertaining to use of the Seat(s) and attendance at Team Games and Stadium Events, including any modifications thereto that may be adopted from time to time.

Related to Team Games

  • Games means games of chance.

  • Big game means species of hoofed protected wildlife.

For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.
