  • This section applies to the offices of the Governor General, member of the Public Service Commission, member of the Teaching Service Commission, member of the Public Service Board of Appeal, the Director of Public Prosecutions, the Director of Audit, the Parliamentary Commissioner, the Deputy Parliamentary Commissioner and the Chief Elections Officer.
