Teacher Data definition

Teacher Data is defined as at least the following: Social security number. Date of birth. Personal street address. Personal email address. Personal telephone number Performance evaluations. Other information that, alone or in combination, is linked or linkable to a specific teacher, paraprofessional, principal, or administrator that would allow a reasonable person in the school community, who does not have personal knowledge of the relevant circumstances, to identify any with reasonable certainty. Information requested by a person who the department reasonably believes or knows the identity of the teacher, paraprofessional, principal, or administrator to whom the education record relates.
Teacher Data means personal summative and evaluation scores, the access to which is limited to the department, LEA administrators, local boards of education or those with direct supervisory authority who require such access to perform their assigned duties. Nothing in this part shall restrict the availability of information pursuant to § 49-1-606.

Examples of Teacher Data in a sentence

  • Provider shall require all employees and agents who have access to Student Data or Teacher Data to comply with all applicable provisions of this DPA with respect to the data shared under this DPA.

  • Provider shall only provide access to Student Data and Teacher Data to employees or contractors that are performing the Services.

  • Provider agrees to require and maintain an appropriate confidentiality agreement from each employee or agent with access to Student Data or Teacher Data pursuant to the DPA.

  • Data means recorded information, regardless of form, the media on which it is recorded, or the method of recording.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.

  • Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility Standards means the accessibility standards for electronic and information resources contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 213.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).
