Tea Room definition

Tea Room means a location for the preparation and serving of tea, coffee, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and the serving, but not preparation, of food such as sandwiches, cookies, scones, and other foods that do not require utensils and/or cutlery for their consumption.
