Taxes on the Facility definition

Taxes on the Facility has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.1 of the Lease Agreement.

Examples of Taxes on the Facility in a sentence

  • Real Property Tax Abatement savings granted pursuant to the Lease Agreement and Project Agreement and the PILOT Agreement (i.e., full Taxes on the Facility less the PILOT Payments) (the “ Real Property Tax Abatement Savings”).

  • In the event the Company shall enter into a subsequent payment-in-lieu-of-tax agreement or agreements with respect to the Taxes on the Facility directly with any or all Taxing Authorities in the jurisdiction of which the Facility is located, the obligations of the Company under this Section 5.1, which are inconsistent with such future agreement or agreements, shall be superseded and shall, to such extent, be null and void.

  • Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.   • State facility means a center or a hospital operated by the department.

  • Local Facility means any of them.

  • Local Facilities means working capital facilities provided to a Grantor (other than Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) I S.A., Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) II S.A. Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) III S.à.x.x. and the Borrowers) by a Local Facility Provider and “Local Facility” means any of them.

The term includes a business engaged in processing agricultural, aquacultural, or maricultural products and specifically includes meat, poultry, and any other variety of food processing operations. It does not include an establishment in which retail sales of tangible personal property are made to retail customers.

  • Aquaculture facility means the same as that term is defined in Section 4-37-103.

  • Tanning facility means a place that provides access to tanning devices for compensation.

  • Local Facility Agreements means any agreement under which a Local Facility is made available.

  • Available Facility means, in relation to a Facility, the aggregate for the time being of each Lender’s Available Commitment in respect of that Facility.

  • Public facility means 1 or more of the following:

  • Community facility means community room, clubhouse, recreation center or similar area for use by residents. Lobbies and laundry facilities must not be considered within the scope of this definition.

  • Replacement Revolving Facility Effective Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(l).

  • Cooperative Lien Search A search for (a) federal tax liens, mechanics’ liens, lis pendens, judgments of record or otherwise against (i) the Cooperative Corporation and (ii) the seller of the Cooperative Unit, (b) filings of Financing Statements and (c) the deed of the Cooperative Project into the Cooperative Corporation.

  • Revolving Facilities means collectively the Initial Revolving Facility and each New Revolving Facility and “Revolving Facility” means any such facility individually.
