Tax Reserve Fund definition

Tax Reserve Fund means the fund by that name created by Chapter 424, held by the Issuer separate and apart from the Common Bond Fund.
Tax Reserve Fund is defined in Section 4.02(a).
Tax Reserve Fund has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3(f).

  • Lender will have no obligation to pay Taxes to the extent the amount payable exceeds the Tax Reserve Fund then held by Lender.

Related to Tax Reserve Fund

  • Reserve Fund means the account designated as such, and established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.01.

Funds in the Carryover Reserve Fund shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement.

  • Reserve Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.07.
