Tax Refund Claims definition

Tax Refund Claims means all tax refund claims and all rights with respect thereto, including all rights to settle or compromise the amount of such claims, to file amendments and other documents with respect thereto, and to receive the proceeds thereof.
Tax Refund Claims means a monetary claim against the Norwegian government for a refund of the tax value of eligible exploration costs etc., currently provided for under the Norwegian Petroleum Taxation Act of 13 June 1975 Section 3 (c).

  • Disputed Claims Reserve means a reserve of Cash that may be funded on or after the Effective Date pursuant to Article VII.E hereof.

  • Released Class Claims means the claims being released as described in Paragraph 6.2 below.
