Tax Lot definition

Tax Lot means securities or other property which are both purchased or acquired, and sold or otherwise disposed of, as a unit.
Tax Lot means a single entry on the property tax list of a

More Definitions of Tax Lot

Tax Lot means the tax lot(s) on which the Building is located. As of the date of this Consent, pursuant to Section B.1 above, Tenant’s Property Share with respect to Taxes is 6.0%.
Tax Lot means a particular parcel of land, the location and boundaries of which are identified by reference to the parcel’s unique lot and block numbers as that parcel is represented on the currently applicable municipal tax assessment map.
