Tax Holiday definition

Tax Holiday means any Tax holiday, Tax incentive, Tax grant, Tax exemption or any other Tax reduction agreement, approval or order of any Tax Authority.
Tax Holiday means the exemption from paying sales tax on any retail sales and sales of services and rents made during an assembly declared “tax holiday” during the period from October 1 through March 31, of the fiscal year. The assembly may declare a tax holiday on any type of sale at its discretion.
