Tax Document definition

Tax Document means any return, declaration, report, claim for refund, assessment, demand, act, or information return, statement or other document relating to Taxes, including any Schedule or attachment thereto, and including any amendment thereof, whether prepared by the taxpayer, a tax preparer or a Governmental or Regulatory Authority.
