Tax Charge definition

Tax Charge means all forms of taxation, including employee’s and employer’s national insurance contributions, income tax and any other imposts of whatever nature, whenever created or arising and whether of the United Kingdom or any other jurisdiction together with any other amount whatsoever, without limitation, payable by any Group Company or in respect of which any Group Company has a duty to account as a result of any laws of any jurisdiction relating to taxation.

Tax Charge shall include all real property and personal property taxes assessed by the appropriate taxing authority that has the right to assess taxes on the Premises or the Property.
