Tax Certificate definition

Tax Certificate means the Federal Tax Certificate executed and delivered by the City on the Date of Original Issue of any Bond issued as a Tax-Exempt Bond, as the same may be amended or supplemented in accordance with its provisions.
Tax Certificate means an Internal Revenue Service Form W-9 (or the substantial equivalent thereof) in the case of a Limited Partner that is a U.S. person within the meaning of the Code, or an Internal Revenue Service Form W-8BEN or other applicable form in the case of a Limited Partner that is not a U.S. person.

More Definitions of Tax Certificate

Tax Certificate means the Tax Certificate and Agreement delivered by the Authority and the County at the time of the issuance and delivery of the Bonds, as the same may be amended or supplemented in accordance with its terms.
