Task 5. Ensure that means are in place to gather and store data pertaining to supports needs and other project-related data. The purpose of this task is to ensure that appropriate electronic accommodations have been made to ensure that the data collected may be compiled, secured, and utilized to complete the project’s objectives. In brief, this requires secure computer server space to host the following types of information for each service recipient: (a) identifying information, including demographics, (b) acuity data related to the individual’s support needs assessment, and (c) historical service use and expenditure data. Further, the platform should include, or be compatible with, a safe means for DHW and HSRI to exchange data, such as through a secure file transfer protocol (FTP) site. With such information securely stored and accessible, HSRI can develop and execute the analyses necessary to: (a) keep DHW informed of the progress being made on assessments,

Task 5. Develop SCADA Standards - The purpose of the SCADA Standards is to provide a consistent standard for implementation of SCADA systems throughout the OWNER’S territory. The intended audience for the document includes internal OWNER’S staff, third party programmers, and design engineers that have responsibility to design, program, configure or modify the SCADA system. The document is intended to be a ‘living document’ wholly owned by the OWNER that will be reviewed and updated on a regular basis. The SCADA Standards Document will be based on the implementation of instrumentation and VTSCADA software and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx PLCs. The Programming Standards will include standardized functionality for all major equipment types including pumps, valves, instruments and VFDs. Each standardized function will contain equipment level standards for data collection/integration, alarming, equipment status and trending. The first is a credit due to possible double payment situations. This could occur when future contributions are made by the property owner toward the capital costs of the public facility covered by the development fee. The second is a credit toward the payment of a development fee for the required dedication of public sites and improvements provided by the developer and for which the development fee is imposed.
