Task 4. Go-Live Support CMC will provide remote assistance and troubleshooting regarding the use of the Student Refunds Package for four (4) weeks beginning on the date of Go Live. At the conclusion of such four (4) week period, CMC will not provide any additional support for the Student Refunds Package. Deliverables: • Student Refunds Integration Package supporting Bank Mobile Assumptions: • The deployment of the Student Refunds Package to Customer’s Production Environment of CampusNexus Student is a one-time event. Customer will work with CMC to determine the timing for the deployment event. Any additional deployment events will require a separate Statement of Work or Change Order with CMC for such deployments. • Customer acknowledges that changes in new releases to CampusNexus Student may impact the functionality or operability of the Student Refunds Package, and services provided within this SOW do not cover functionality or operability of the Student Refunds Package that are impacted by the new release’s changes. • Customer can request that CMC recertify the Student Refunds Package against a new release of the CMC Software/Licensed Program with a separate Change Order or a Professional Services Support Contract (“Student Refunds PSSC”). The recertification process confirms that the Student Refunds Package continues to function as originally scoped and delivered. • A Student Refunds PSSC may be entered into by CMC and Customer for support and maintenance services to be provided by CMC for the resolution of defects and recertification of the Student Refunds Package. The annual fee for the Student Refunds PSSC is $5,000/year. • Customer will identify the version of the Bank Mobile software that will be integrated. Upgrading of such software prior to Go-Live may cause an impact to the work performed requiring a Change Order to cover additional services. • Customer must obtain any required support regarding the Bank Mobile software from Bank Mobile. • Only Supported Features will be delivered within the scope of this SOW.
Task 4. Obtain necessary permits and approval from applicable agencies with jurisdiction over the project. Task 5: Perform inspection, sampling and testing. Services shall be performed within 24 hours notice by the City if required.

Task 4. Select or Design Data Management System The GSP Regulations (23-CCR §352.6) require that each GSA develop a DMS to enable the storage and reporting of information relevant to GSP implementation and monitoring of basin conditions. DWR’s BMP 2: Monitoring Networks and Identification of Data Gaps briefly discusses DMS requirements, and indicates that DWR intends to update BMP 2 with a suggested DMS data structure to facilitate data consistency, transparency, and sharing amongst basins and with DWR. Data to be included in the DMS must conform to the Data and Reporting Standards described in §352.4 of the GSP Regulations and must be consistent with the requirements of any inter- or intrabasin coordination agreements that address data consistency.
Task 4. This task will involve the creation of criteria for ranking agricultural land for its potential for permanent protection, fallowing, beneficial cropping changes, restoration and others. Consideration will also be given to providing ecosystem services resulting from preserving specific agricultural properties such as for flood protection, sea level rise and buffering other sensitive land uses. The results will be presented in both written and mapped formats. The criteria will inform the work in Task 5 below. This task will be completed by a consultant and/or the Ventura County Planning Department.
Task 4. Water Quality A significant portion of the project shall likely be located over the Xxxxxxx Aquifer Recharge and Contributing Zones and so the TCEQ Xxxxxxx Aquifer rules need to be addressed. Much of the technical effort for this work is addressed elsewhere in this scope. The estimate of the runoff volume for the water quality load would simply be a function of that previous effort combined with the actual load computations.
