Tariff Structure means our list of current tariffs and the pricing structure applicable to each.

  • If there are two or more Price Categories within the Distributor’s Tariff Structure for which an ICP is eligible, the Distributor will, acting reasonably, allocate one of the eligible Price Categories to the ICP.
