Tariff D definition

Tariff D means the tariff for the Demand Haulage Service.
Tariff D means, for the purpose of applying Tariff D Commodity Tariffs and Tariff V Commodity Tariffs at relevant metering installations:
Tariff D has the meaning given to it in Section 2.3.2. ‘’‘Tariff L’ has the meaning given to it in Section 2.3.1.

Examples of Tariff D in a sentence

  • If the Connection Point is a connection with a transmission system, then all gas delivered through that Connection Point is subject to Transmission Delivery Tariff D.

  • If the Connection Point services an individual Consumer, then all gas delivered through that Connection Point is allocated to Transmission Delivery Tariff D.

  • Withdrawals at a Connection Point are allocated to Tariff D and Tariff V as follows.

  • All gas subject to a Transmission Refill Tariff is allocated to Tariff D.

  • If the Connection Point services a distribution system, then the volume of gas subject to Transmission Delivery Tariff D is the sum of the gas delivered from that distribution system, subject to Distribution Tariff D, plus the applicable benchmark DUAFG allowance (if any), as applied by AEMO.

  • BISL CAS is published for all tenors, noting there are restrictions on use as set out above.

  • For Tariff D customers or customers who would be assigned to any tariff that succeeds part or all of the existing Tariff D tariff, the following assumptions shall be adopted when applying the economic feasibility test (and hence computing whether a charge in respect of upstream reinforcement may be levied).

  • The Tariff D Haulage Reference Service is the Haulage Reference Service where the withdrawal of Gas is at a Tariff D Distribution Supply Point but does not include Tariff D Connection.

  • These are shown on the map set out in Annexure C.In the case of a Demand DP within the Adelaide Region, the Charges payable under Tariff D also vary according to the Zone within which the DP is located.

  • If the Service Provider assigns Haulage Reference Tariff D to a Distribution Supply Point, the minimum payment the User shall make for Gas supplied to that Distribution Supply Point shall be for a MHQ of 1.15GJ.

Related to Tariff D

  • Tariff Shall have the same meaning as provided for in Article 9 of this Agreement;

  • Tariffs means the published fares, charges and/or related Conditions of Carriage of an airline filed, where required, with the appropriate authorities.

  • Tariff Order means the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services (Eighth) (Addressable Systems) Tariff Order, 2017;

  • Tariff Rate means a fixed or variable rate within a Price Category that determines the Distribution Services charges that apply to an ICP;

  • Tariff Base has the meaning given to it in, and will be calculated in accordance with, the Fees Rules.

  • Fees Tariff means a list of fees approved by the Clubs at a general meeting to be levied by the Management Committee for any matters for which fees are payable under the Rules, as set out at Schedule A.

  • Fuel means any solid, liquid or gaseous combustible material;

  • Electricity Supplier means any person authorised to supply electricity.

  • Dekatherm (dt) shall mean on million British Thermal Units and is synonymous to the term MMBTU.

  • Electricity Supply Code means the Electricity Supply Code specified under section 50;

  • Fines Tariff means a list of fines approved by the Clubs at a general meeting to be levied by the Management Committee for any breach of the Rules, as set out at Schedule A.

  • Transportation Services means travel assistance given to an individual

  • licensed water supplier means a company which is the holder for the time being of a water supply licence under Section 17A(1) of the 1991 Act(f);

  • Tariff period means the period for which tariff is to be determined by the Commission on the basis of norms specified under these Regulations;

  • Feed means feed as defined in point (4) of Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002;

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.

  • Ethanol means a high octane gasoline blend stock that is used to make various grades of gasoline.

  • Bulk gasoline terminal means a gasoline storage facility which receives gasoline from its supply source primarily by pipeline, ship, or barge, and delivers gasoline to bulk gasoline plants or to commercial or retail accounts primarily by tank truck; and has an average daily throughput of more than 76,000 liters (20,000 gallons) of gasoline.

  • GFR means General Financial Rules

  • Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per

  • Transportation network company means a company or organization facilitating and/or providing transportation services using a computer or digital application or platform to connect or match passengers with drivers for compensation or a fee.

  • LSD means lysergic acid diethylamide.

  • CAISO Tariff means the California Independent System Operator Corporation Operating Agreement and Tariff, including the rules, protocols, procedures and standards attached thereto, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time and approved by the FERC.

  • Transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of hazardous waste by air, rail, highway, or water.

  • AMP means ABRY Mezzanine Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership.
