Tariff Amendment definition

Tariff Amendment means an amendment made by XXXXX, from time to time, to the tariff applicable to this Licence, on notice to the Licensee.
Tariff Amendment means an amendment made by SAMRO, from time to time, to the tariff provided for in these Licence Conditions, on notice to You.
