Tariff Agreement definition

Tariff Agreement means the Non-Residential Renewable Energy Solutions Program Tariff Agreement for the Customer inclusive of the Non-Residential Renewable Energy Solutions Program Tariff, Terms and Conditions and all referenced attachments and appendices.
