Targeted Units definition

Targeted Units means Permanent Supportive Housing units which are vacant at the time of Application, remain vacant through the construction period, are not subject to an existing waiting list, and are for households earning at or below 30% of Area Median Income (AMI) which are referred through a State referral network, represented by an assigned lead referral agency.

  • Restricted Units means that number of restricted units listed in the Award Letter as “Awards Granted.”
