Target Stock Options definition

Target Stock Options shall have the meaning given such term in Section 4.2.
Target Stock Options means any options, warrants or other rights to acquire equity interests of Target, including, without limitation, pursuant to the agreements listed in paragraph 2 of the Target Disclosure Letter.
Target Stock Options has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals to this Agreement.
