Target Selection Field definition

Target Selection Field means the treatment or prevention in humans of any autoimmune or inflammatory Indication.
Target Selection Field means the treatment, prevention, cure or delay of onset or progression in humans of [***] Indications. For purposes of clarity, the Parties agree that the treatment, prevention, cure or delay of onset or progression of [***] shall be included in the Target Selection Field.
Target Selection Field means the treatment or prevention in humans of cancer.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Parties shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to initially Develop Optimized Lead Compounds for Indications within the Target Selection Field and within the Co-Development Territory and each Annual Development Plan shall initially focus on such Development.

  • In addition to the reasons specified in the foregoing clauses (A)-(D), ARCHEMIX also may reject a Target proposed by MERCK for inclusion on the Target Replacement List if such Target does not fall within the Target Selection Field.

  • Target has potential for development within the Target Selection Field.

Related to Target Selection Field

  • Collaboration Product means any pharmaceutical product in finished form that contains a Collaboration Compound, either as the sole active ingredient or in combination with one or more other active ingredients, and all present and future formulations, dosages and dosage forms thereof.

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Licensed Compound means [***].

  • Diagnostic Product means any test or assay for diagnosing or detecting a disease, disorder, medical condition, or symptom.

  • Licensed Compounds means any EZH2 Compound(s) that is:

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Product Candidate means each of MYO-101, MYO-102, MYO-103, MYO-201 and MYO-301, as defined on Exhibit B, in each case in any form or formulation.

  • Competing Product means [***].

  • Licensed Fields of Use means the fields of use identified in Appendix B.

  • Development Candidate means a Compound that meets the Development Candidate Criteria for the initiation of a Development Program for the treatment of CF, and which is the subject of a notice from Vertex to CFFT that Vertex intends to commence formal pre-clinical development of the Compound in the Field pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.1 hereof.

  • Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product containing a Licensed Compound (alone or with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.

  • Lead Compound means any compound of lead other than galena which, when treated in the manner described below, yields to an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid a quantity soluble lead compound exceeding, when calculated as lead monoxide, five percent of the dry weight of the portion taken analysis.

  • medicinal product means any substance or combination of substances presented for treating or preventing disease in human beings or animals and any substance or combination of substances which may be administered to human beings or animals with a view to making a medical diagnosis or to restoring, correcting or modifying physiological functions in humans or in animals;

  • Licensed Field of Use means all fields.

  • Investigational Medicinal Product means the study drug or control material as defined in the Protocol.

  • Final Product means a product that is not used in producing other products and is built and intended for use outdoors, provided the final product has not deteriorated or has otherwise become a potential source of contaminants.

  • Designated country end product means a WTO GPA country end product, a Free Trade Agreement country end product, a least developed country end product, or a Caribbean Basin country end product.
