Target Portfolio definition

Target Portfolio means the portfolio of securities, cash and other assets identified by the Client and/or the Receiving Managers to be created through the Transition.
Target Portfolio means the Total Portfolio, net of Full Load Products and Hedging Agreements;
Target Portfolio means a portfolio into which Assets are to be transferred from the Legacy Portfolio or for which Assets are to be acquired or purchased in connection with a Transition.
