Target Payout definition

Target Payout means the amount payable to a Participant who meets exactly 100% of the assigned Performance Goals.

Target Payout means a dollar amount established by the Committee at the beginning of each Performance Cycle for each Eligible Individual as the target Award Payout for that Performance Cycle. In the event an Eligible Individual first becomes eligible after the first day of the Performance Cycle, his or her Target Payout will be established as soon thereafter as administratively possible.

  • Award Opportunity means a cash award opportunity established under the Plan for a Participant by the Committee pursuant to such terms, conditions, restrictions and/or limitations, if any, as the Committee may establish.

  • Performance Year means the calendar year prior to the year in which an Annual Award is made by the Committee.
