Target Operating Day definition

Target Operating Day any day that is not (a) a Saturday or Sunday, (b) Christmas Day or New Year’s Day or (c) any other day on which the Trans-European Real-time Gross Settlement Operating System (or any successor settlement system) is not operating (as determined by the Administrative Agent).
Target Operating Day means any day that is not (i) a Saturday or Sunday, (ii) Christmas Day or New Year’s Day or (iii) any other day on which the Trans-European Automated Real-time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET) payment system (or, if such payment system ceases to be operative, such other payment system (if any) determined by the Administrative Agent to be a suitable replacement) is not scheduled to operate (as determined by the Administrative Agent).
Target Operating Day has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.13(a).

Target Operating Day means any day on which banks in London are open for general banking business and is not (a) a Saturday or Sunday or (b) any other day on which the TARGET is not operating (as determined by the Administrative Agent).
