Examples of Target Notice in a sentence

  • During the Target Expansion Window, if Pfizer desires to add an additional Target, Pfizer shall provide CytomX with a Proposed Target Notice (each such proposed Target, an “Additional Target”).

  • During the Replacement Window, if Pfizer desires to replace the Second Target with another Target, Pfizer shall provide CytomX with a Proposed Target Notice for the Target with which it desires to replace the Second Target (each such proposed Target, a “Replacement Target”).
