Target IP definition

Target IP means all Intellectual Property Rights and Intellectual Property in which any Target Company has (or purports to have) an ownership interest or an exclusive license or similar exclusive right.
Target IP has the meaning set forth in Section 3.07(b).
Target IP shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.14(i).
