Target Grant definition

Target Grant means the number of Performance Share Units established for Employee to earn at Target OPMP.
Target Grant means the number of Performance Shares specified on the first page of this Agreement.

  • The number of shares of Common Stock representing such payment shall be determined by multiplying the Target Grant by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of calendar months in the Performance Period prior to Employee’s termination of employment due to Disability, and the denominator of which is 36.

  • The Company shall then adjust the number of Performance Shares constituting the Target Grant as provided in Section 3 to determine the number of Performance Xxxxxx earned hereunder.

  • Performance Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.2, to receive Stock, the payment of which is contingent upon achieving certain Performance Goals or other performance-based targets established by the Committee.

  • Equity Award means stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock, restricted stock units, performance shares or any other form of award that is measured with reference to the Stock.

  • Equity Awards will mean Executive’s outstanding stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock units, performance shares, performance stock units and any other Company equity compensation awards.

  • Performance Unit Award means an award of Performance Units under this Plan.
