Target Distributions definition

Target Distributions means, collectively, the First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution and Third Target Distribution.
Target Distributions means the First Target Distribution and the Second Target Distribution.

  • For each such Quarter, the Target Distributions, shall be the product obtained by multiplying (a) the amounts therefor that are set out herein prior to the application of this Section 6.9 times (b) the quotient obtained by dividing (i) cash and cash equivalents with respect to such Quarter by (ii) the sum of cash and cash equivalents with respect to such Quarter and the Estimated Incremental Quarterly Tax Amount for such Quarter, as determined by the General Partner.

  • In the event of a distribution of cash or cash equivalents that is deemed to be from Capital Surplus, the then applicable Target Distributions shall be reduced in the same proportion that the distribution had to the Current Market Price of the Common Units immediately prior to the declaration of the distribution.

More Definitions of Target Distributions

Target Distributions means, collectively, the First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution and Third Target Distribution. “Third Target Distribution” means $0.7500 per Unit per Quarter (or, with respect to the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on December 31, 2013, it means the product of $0.7500 multiplied by a fraction of which the numerator is equal to the number of days in such period and of which the denominator is 92), subject to adjustment in accordance with Sections 5.11, 6.6 and 6.9.
Target Distributions means, collectively, the First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution and Third Target Distribution. “Third Target Distribution” means $0.60 per Unit per Quarter, subject to adjustment in accordance with Sections 5.11, 6.6 and 6.9.
Target Distributions means, collectively, the First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution and Third Target Distribution. “Tax Matters Partner” has the meaning given such term in Section 9.3.

  • First Target Distribution means $0.4025 per Unit per Quarter (or, with respect to the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on September 30, 2005, it means the product of $0.4025 multiplied by a fraction of which the numerator is the number of days in such period, and of which the denominator is 92), subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 6.6 and Section 6.9.

  • Third Target Distribution means $0.5250 per Unit per Quarter (or, with respect to the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on September 30, 2005, it means the product of $0.5250 multiplied by a fraction of which the numerator is equal to the number of days in such period and of which the denominator is 92), subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 6.6 and Section 6.9.

  • Second Target Distribution means $0.4375 per Unit per Quarter (or, with respect to the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on September 30, 2005, it means the product of $0.4375 multiplied by a fraction of which the numerator is equal to the number of days in such period and of which the denominator is 92), subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 6.6 and Section 6.9.

  • Quarterly Distribution means with respect to each Distribution Date, the distribution to be made to the Holders of the Up-MACRO Tradeable Shares that are Outstanding on the Distribution Date pursuant to Section 5.2(a).

  • Quarterly Distribution Date means the last Business Day of the month following the end of each calendar quarter after the Effective Date; provided, however, that if the Effective Date is within 45 days of the end of a calendar quarter, the first Quarterly Distribution Date will be the last Business Day of the month following the end of the first calendar quarter after the calendar quarter in which the Effective Date falls.

  • Cash Flow Distribution Amount As to any calendar month, the aggregate amount of principal distributable in respect of the Mortgage Securities in such calendar month.

  • Tax Distributions has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(b)(i).
