Target Computer definition

Target Computer means the computer that receives the Workload, in the form of a virtual computer running within a virtual operating environment or hypervisor running on a physical computer.
Target Computer means a computer on which updates are Applied by the Software.

  • Data Room means the virtual data room maintained by the Liquidator, created for the Qualified Bidders to access information in relation to the Company;
