Target B definition

Target B means, with respect to any fiscal year, the Target B relating to KPI Metric 2 for such fiscal year as set forth in the Sustainability Table.
Target B means Unipath Diagnostics GmbH, a company incorporated under the laws of Germany with registered number HRB 29 443 AG Koln.

Target B. Refers to Qiqihar China Focus City Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd., a company registered and established on August 11, 2011 in the PRC with limited liability with its registered address at 3/F, Environmental Protection Building, Hecheng North Road, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, the PRC.
