Tangible Net Worth Ratio definition

Tangible Net Worth Ratio means the ratio of (a) the Total Liabilities of SBAC and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis to (b) the Tangible Net Worth of SBAC and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis.
Tangible Net Worth Ratio means, as of any date, the ratio of (a) the Total Liabilities as of such date to (b) the sum of (i) Tangible Net Worth as of such date and (ii) Financial Subordinated Debt as of such date.
