Tail Coverage definition

Tail Coverage shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(c).

• Recipient shall require in its first tier subagreements with entities that are not units of local government as defined in ORS 190.003, if any, to: i) obtain insurance specified under TYPES AND AMOUNTS and meeting the requirements under ADDITIONAL INSURED, "TAIL" COVERAGE, NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OR CHANGE, and CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE before performance under the subagreement commences, and ii) maintain the insurance in full force throughout the duration of the subagreement.
