Tag Shares has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.3(c).

More Definitions of Tag Shares
Tag Shares as used under this Clause 5.5 shall mean (A) up to all of the Shares held by the Remaining Shareholders (other than with respect to SFL, the SFL Samara Manager Shares), in case (a) the Tag Along Offer Notice is issued pursuant to Clauses 5.5(i)(a), 5.5(i)(b) or 5.5(i)(d); and (B) in case of Tag Along Offer Notice is issued pursuant to Clause 5.5(i)(c), means such number of Shares as are specified in the Tag Response Notice; it is clarified that, the proportion of the Tag Shares shall not exceed the proportion that the Sale Shares bears to the total number of Shares held by the Selling Shareholder as on the date of the Tag Response Notice, , in case of Tag Along Offer Notice is issued pursuant to Clause 5.5(i)(c). Notwithstanding anything stated herein, Creador and SFL (in relation to the SFL New Investor Shares) shall not be entitled to exercise a tag along right under this Clause
Tag Shares means such number of Shares as are specified in the Tag Response Notice; it is clarified that, the proportion of the Tag Shares shall not exceed the proportion that the Sale Shares bears to the total number of Shares held by the Selling Shareholder as on the date of the Tag Response Notice.
