TAFE Commission definition

TAFE Commission or “TAFE NSW” means the Technical and Further Education Commission.

The term always includes railroads whether or not they are so defined as public utilities.

  • Health and Human Services Commission or “HHSC” means the administrative agency established under Chapter 531, Texas Government Code, or its designee.

  • Securities Commission means the applicable securities commission or regulatory authority in each of the Qualifying Jurisdictions;
